Compensation:
$41,600 - $62,400 yearly
Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure effective and efficient case progression. Perform client interviews and gather essential information to support case development. Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients and medical providers. Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills to verify the full extent of client injuries and damages. Build and sustain excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and personalized client care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and comprehensive documentation throughout each case's lifecycle. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
Qualifications:
Must be able to speak Spanish and English. Strong oral and written communication skills. Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills and time-management skills.
