Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

We have quickly established ourselves as one of the leaders in the field of plaintiff's personal injury. We are a forward-thinking, tech savvy firm that prides itself on providing outstanding representation to injured people and their families. We are looking for a full-time Intake Specialist/Legal Assistant to join our team. Must have prior experience in customer service. The applicant must possess qualities of being a self-starter, driven, and organized. We are looking for someone that is compassionate for helping others, an effective communicator, and possess a welcoming personality and attitude. Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, One Drive), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Handle all intake calls Enter all intake information into CRM Organize, scan, and file mail Organize faxes Effective calendaring Provide certain reports to the rest of staff Effective client communication
Skills:
Minimum of 1 year prior customer service experience Detailed Oriented Microsoft Word and Excel proficient Computer literacy Proficiency in typing Outstanding customer service Excellent secretarial and organizational skills

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
