Coordinate the service and delivery of subpoenas and other legal documents. Manage and coordinate daily case activity and law office operations. Conduct legal and factual research to support case preparation and legal proceedings. Assist attorneys with case management, discovery, and trial preparation. Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met. Communicate with clients, courts, medical providers, and other parties as needed. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. Paralegal Certificate, Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience. Experience in a law firm environment preferred. Strong understanding of legal procedures and document preparation. Skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze information and identify important details and nuances. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
