Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support in managing complex real estate transactions, and preparing documentation related to commercial property deals. Your proactive approach and strong understanding of legal procedures will help ensure smooth operations and successful closings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in legal support. Duties Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing real estate contracts, leases, title documents, and closing statements Coordinate due diligence processes such as title searches, survey reviews, and environmental assessments Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing status reports, and maintaining detailed records of transactions Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders through professional phone etiquette and written correspondence Requirements Proven paralegal experience with a focus on commercial real estate or related legal fields Strong knowledge of real estate law including lease agreements, title work, zoning regulations, and land use law Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Proficiency in proofreading, and data entry tasks Strong written communication skills for correspondence Exceptional clerical experience including filing, record keeping, and administrative support tasks Excellent phone etiquette combined with high-level organizational skills to support administrative functions Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of complex real estate transactions. From $38.00 per hour
