This role is well suited for someone who is confident managing court-related documentation, coordinating case activity, and keeping matters organized in a fast-moving legal environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on litigation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and legal stakeholders while working independently.
Responsibilities:

  • Monitor court schedules and procedural deadlines, taking proactive steps to help ensure timely responses and submissions.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and outside parties regarding case-related matters.
  • Coordinate logistics for hearings, depositions, mediations, and attorney meetings, including scheduling and follow-up communication.
  • Support discovery activities by organizing records, tracking materials, and assisting with preparation for trial and other key litigation events.
  • Manage competing priorities across a high-volume caseload while responding effectively to urgent matters and daily legal support needs.
  • Provide broad administrative and litigation assistance to the attorney throughout all stages of active matters.
