Description Probate Paralegal Job description:
Seeking an experienced Estate and Trust Paralegal for in office position, East of the River law firm.
Responsibilities Include:
Interpreting Wills and Trust agreements General administration of Estates and Trusts Gathering, identifying and valuing assets Retitling assets and related administrative activities. Preparing probate documents and financial accountings Preparing estate tax and fiduciary income tax returns
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years law firm Trust and Estate administration experience, however, we will consider candidates with a strong background in finance, taxation, or accounting. Excellent Microsoft Office Skills Stable employment history Top notch organizational, math and computer skills Knowledge of computerized scheduling, time keeping and billing systems Detail oriented and able to work directly with clients.
