• Apply trademark and brand guidelines to internal content, ensuring proper brand representation across the organization.
• Collaborate with various business teams to address and correct brand misuse effectively.
• Conduct investigations into trademark misuses and assist in enforcement actions, including drafting enforcement letters and updating relevant records.
• Utilize trademark management software to maintain and organize trademark portfolios efficiently.
• Support domain name registration processes and assist with related proceedings.
• Research websites, social media platforms, and advertisements to identify instances of brand misuse.
• Monitor and track trademark infringement cases, generating detailed reports using automated tools.
