Polsinelli seeks a candidate to immediately fill a Legal Administrative Assistant position in the Business Department in their Washington, DC office. This position is full-time in-office.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates for this position must possess 5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm. Previous experience in business or securities law preferred. Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with management and staff. Expert-level written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrated active approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Highly resourceful team player with the ability to be effective independently. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Forward-thinking mindset, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions. Responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks requiring strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail. Candidates must be extremely proficient in working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), particularly Outlook. Experience working with the following programs is beneficial: Interaction, iManage, Chrome River, InTapp, and Internet search engines. New technology/systems may be introduced from time to time, and so the candidates must be willing to learn. The budgeted salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000.
