Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience with supporting attorneys in motion practice, discovery, arbitration, trial, and appellate procedures. Must be skilled in legal writing, Bluebook citation formatting and legal citation practices. Defense or plaintiff litigation experience will be considered. Prior experience with class action or multidistrict litigation (MDL) matters a plus! This position will adhere to a fully onsite model.
