We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation team at our Wilmington, DE office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence. Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and evidence in preparation for hearings and trial. Coordinate scheduling with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses. Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and e-filing requirements. Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review. Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials by organizing materials and coordinating logistics. Communicate directly with clients to provide case updates and support, escalating concerns to the attorney as needed. Reflect and uphold our core values in every client interaction and task.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal (personal injury experience preferred). Familiarity with court filing systems and procedures (Delaware courts a plus). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office. Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish preferred but not required). Passion for delivering exceptional service with integrity and compassion. What Defines Us -

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
