Are you looking for a no drama team environment? Manganelli, Leider & Savio, a growing boutique law firm focused on residential & commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions, and debt collection. We are located in Boca Raton. If you are an experienced Legal Assistant with knowledge in this highly specialized area of law, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Coordinate service of process Prepare and review legal documents Organize and maintain accurate and detailed information in the firm's case management system, Clio Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors Monitor and meet strict deadlines Who You Are Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage foreclosure and creditor's rights litigation. Law firm or in-house legal department highly preferred Understands requirements of each type of service of process (personal, substitute, and constructive) Professional, confident communicator Meticulous about monitoring and meeting court and client deadlines Experienced with default services software or case management software, Clio a strong plus Why Join Us? Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
