About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced pre-litigation and litigation environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients. What You'll Do Manage a full caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel Order, organize, and summarize medical records and bills Calculate damages, liens, and prepare settlement statements Maintain case files and deadlines using firm case management software Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, and witness coordination Track statutes of limitations and ensure all deadlines are met Coordinate with out of state counsel on matters around the country What We're Looking For Minimum 2+ years of experience as a paralegal at a plaintiff's personal injury law firm (required) Strong working knowledge of personal injury law and litigation procedures Experience handling auto accident, slip and fall, and/or premises liability claims Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but not required with sufficient relevant experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What We Offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity for professional growth
