• Conduct legal research and compile findings to support civil litigation and trial preparation.
• Manage case files efficiently using case management software to ensure organization and accessibility.
• Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with probate and estate laws.
• Organize discovery materials and assist in drafting responses to discovery requests.
• Collaborate with attorneys in preparing for trials, including document preparation and witness coordination.
• Provide support with probate litigation, ensuring timely and accurate processing of legal matters.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of probate law and estate administration regulations.
• Facilitate communication between clients and attorneys, ensuring clear and effective exchanges.
• Monitor case timelines and deadlines to ensure all legal requirements are met promptly.
