Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PI Paralegal to join our dynamic medical team. Your expertise will help streamline case management, facilitate legal research, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all legal documentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple practice areas while contributing to impactful legal work that supports clients' needs and organizational goals. Responsibilities Maintain accurate case records through diligent data entry, filing, and document review processes. Handle confidential information with integrity while providing executive administrative support Utilize Microsoft Office applications for drafting documents, proofreading materials, and transcribing recordings as needed. Support the team in client communication efforts by preparing correspondence and ensuring professional phone etiquette. Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong written communication skills for drafting legal documents and client correspondence; proofreading expertise is a must. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly with high ethical standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with experience in transcription and data entry tasks. Exceptional administrative skills including filing, document management, phone etiquette, and organizational support for attorneys' schedules.
