The firm focuses on complex family law matters involving litigation and mediation. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, experience with legal case management systems, preferably Clio, and the ability to maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. This is a fully in-person position, requiring attendance in the office five (5) days per week. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of family law litigation and mediation matters Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence Manage case files and maintain accurate records within the firm's case management system Scheduling hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, judicial assistants, and court staff Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings with the court Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed Qualifications & Experience Florida Registered Paralegal certification preferred Prior paralegal experience in a fast-paced law firm, preferably in family law Experience with legal case management software; proficiency with Clio is highly preferred Strong understanding of legal administrative procedures, court filings, and document management systems Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional phone and email etiquette with a strong commitment to client service What We Offer Entitlement to retirement benefits after qualifying period Personal time off after qualifying period Paid parking on-site
