We are seeking a Paralegal with litigation experience to join our probate and estate unit. Candidates must have experience with probate, trust and guardianship administration OR litigation experience. Responsibilies include but are noit limited to: Assist attorneys in organizing client records, preparing and revising of Trust and Estate accountings. Assist attorneys in preparing Wills, Trusts, Property and Health Care Powers of Attorneys. Scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, and examinations under oath. Correspond with clients, courts; financial institutions, governmental agencies and other parties as assigned to obtain the necessary information. Utilizing existing files and research resources to develop information and understanding for pending and active cases. Attend team meetings prepared to review/discuss status of client matters Drafting form pleadings, basic motions, and notices. Ensuring all deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
