The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a busy closing pipeline while delivering outstanding service to clients and business partners. Responsibilities Independently manage residential real estate files from opening through post-closing. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely closings. Prepare, review, and finalize closing packages, including Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, deeds, affidavits, and other closing documents. Order and review title searches, surveys, municipal lien searches, HOA/Condominium estoppels, mortgage payoff statements, and additional due diligence items. Review title commitments and work to resolve title defects or outstanding issues prior to closing. Schedule closings, monitor contract deadlines, and maintain communication with all parties throughout the transaction. Complete post-closing responsibilities, including recording documents, disbursing funds, and issuing final title policies. Provide support on additional real estate and creditor rights matters, including foreclosure files, as business needs require. Qualifications Prior experience handling residential real estate closings from contract to post-closing is required. Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience reviewing title commitments, title exceptions, and related closing documentation. Familiarity with ATIDS and DoubleTime is preferred but not required.
Pay:
$53,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
