Job Description

About us We are a traditional, conservative, elder-care attorney's office in DeLand, FL. Meeks and Ceely - (Part Time with potential for full time based on need and performance) Requirements for
Applying:
Minimum of high school diploma, GED, or related experience, but associate degree or above preferred Minimum of one-year related experience preferred, but relevant legal education may substitute experience requirement Notary Public preferred What Paralegal at
Meeks and Ceely Entails:
Cover and assist with other office functions including but not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining billing, organization of physical files, and being a witness for attorney's legal signings; and Manage variety of different cases including probate, guardianship, estate planning, and Medicaid Applications Will be required to make field visits as necessary, and will need reliable personal transportation readily available, i.e. for facility visits to assure that appropriate signatures are obtained on all necessary forms
