  • $22 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Confidential information handling Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook English Legal administrative experience Will preparation Full Job Description Guerrero Law Group is seeking a highly organized Estate Planning Paralegal to support our attorneys with estate planning matters, client communication, document preparation, signing coordination, and file management.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Doral, FL requiring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Core Duties Draft and organize estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, healthcare directives, living wills, deeds, and related supporting documents Communicate with clients to collect family, asset, beneficiary, and funding information needed for estate planning matters Support attorneys with reviewing intake materials, preparing drafts, revising documents, and organizing final execution packets Coordinate signing appointments and help ensure documents are properly executed, witnessed, notarized, and stored Maintain estate planning files and document management systems, including checklists, status tracking, and follow-up items Track deadlines, attorney requests, and outstanding client items to keep matters moving efficiently Assist with probate-related matters when needed, including gathering information, preparing supporting documents, and coordinating filings Use case/document management tools such as Clio or similar software, along with Microsoft Office, to manage workflow Required Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience as an estate planning paralegal or estate planning legal assistant Direct experience preparing or supporting estate planning documents Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken and written) Strong client communication skills and experience handling confidential or sensitive information Preferred Qualifications Probate experience is a plus Paralegal certification is highly encouraged Experience using Clio or similar legal case management software Notary Public (Florida) is a plus Equal Opportunity Guerrero Law Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
