This is a full-time, on-site position for a bilingual legal professional who can provide dependable support in estate planning, probate, corporate law, business transactions, and related legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a Paralegal Certificate and direct professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Estate planning Probate Corporate or business law Business transactions Experience in real estate matters is also valuable but does not replace the required experience above. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, prepare, and organize legal documents and correspondence. Assist attorneys with estate planning, probate, corporate, and business-related matters. Prepare documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, probate filings, deeds, entity formation documents, operating agreements, resolutions, consents, and meeting minutes. Communicate with clients to collect information, supporting documents, approvals, and signatures. Coordinate client meetings, document signings, hearings, closings, and other legal appointments. Prepare and submit filings with courts, county recorders, state agencies, and other government entities. Maintain accurate and organized client files, legal records, and internal documentation. Track deadlines, filings, attorney requests, and outstanding client matters. Assist with document execution, notarization, witnessing, recording, and secure storage. Conduct legal research and gather supporting information as requested. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Provide general administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed. Required Qualifications Paralegal Certificate. At least 1-2 years of professional experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant. Direct experience in estate planning, probate, corporate law, business law, or business transactions. Bilingual English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Professional client-service skills. Ability to work full-time and on-site in Doral, Florida. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Florida probate procedures, corporate filings, entity formation, county recording, or related government filings. Experience drafting estate planning or corporate documents. Experience with Clio or similar legal case management software. Florida Notary Public commission.
