Job Description
Manage your own immigration caseload from start to finish. Work on diverse visa and green card cases, including EB-5. Job Description Prepare and file immigration-related petitions, applications, and supporting documentation. Monitor case progress and ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status. Conduct research on immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance. Maintain accurate and organized case files and records. Assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation for hearings or interviews. Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders as needed. Provide administrative support to the legal department as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Immigration Paralegal should have: A strong understanding of immigration laws, processes, and documentation requirements. MUST come from a law firm Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in legal research and case management tools.
