LITIGATION

paralegal wanted for busy Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm.

Responsibilities of the position include:

1. E-filing pleadings, motions, notices and Discovery. 2. Scheduling with the court. 3. Assisting with preparing answers to Discovery, obtaining records for RFPs, and other document preparation in conjunction with the departments' managing attorney. 4. Communications and scheduling with opposing counsel and clients. 5. Working with paralegal assistants to accomplish goals and tasks. 5. Assisting attorneys with trial preparation. 6. Other tasks as assigned by supervising attorney. This is a full-time position for a career minded professional. The candidate for this position must be motivated, reliable and punctual and seeking a stable career with a growing law firm.
