In this role, you would be joining our real estate litigation practice group, which requires a general understanding of civil litigation process and case management, including drafting template forms, service of process, e-filing, discovery, and calendaring deadlines. Experience with real estate matters, including title review and ability to research public records is preferred, but not necessary. Our real estate practice group is dedicated to providing the highest quality legal services to our Clients while maintaining a relaxed and welcoming work environment. This position is integral to our legal team and requires a candidate with strong inter-personal and organizational skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail. The ideal applicant will be committed to joining our team, learning new skills, and growing in this long-term role. We are seeking a legal assistant or paralegal with a minimum of one year of experience with civil litigation. Pay is commensurate with relevant experience and skill level. Potential sign-on bonus for the right applicant.
