Job Description

## Job Overview We are seeking a part-time entry level legal assistant/receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining valuable experience in the legal field. The ideal candidate will assist our legal team with various administrative tasks and also serve as the front desk person who answers telephones and greets visitors to the office. ## Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones
  • Greet visitors to the office
  • Update files
  • Clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, emailing
  • Maintain organized files and documentation
  • Answer phones professionally and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Daily telephone, email and facsimile interaction with medical care providers and insurance companies collecting medical records, bills and liens ## Requirements
  • Strong interest in law and legal processes
  • Basic knowledge of administrative tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in proofreading and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette in a professional setting

9-4 with a 1 hour lunch

Thurs:
9-4 with a 1 hour lunch

$15.00 per hour
