This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented litigation paralegal who has experience with medical records, billing summaries, case deadlines, and attorney support. This firm offers a stable and collaborative workplace with supportive leadership, strong team communication, and long-term career development potential. Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute meaningful support on insurance defense cases while working with attorneys and legal professionals who value accuracy, organization, professionalism, and initiative. The role is available as a temporary opportunity with potential to transition into a permanent position, or as a direct hire opportunity for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Review, organize, and summarize medical records, billing records, and supporting case documentation. Prepare medical chronologies, billing summaries, and case materials for attorney review. Support attorneys with insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury and general liability matters. Maintain case files, litigation calendars, deadlines, and document organization. Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and case-related materials. Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal team members.
Compensation and Benefits Temporary pay:
$30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
Direct hire salary:
Approximately $65,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience. Medical benefits. 401(k) with company match. Paid time off. Career development and advancement opportunities.
