Job Description

We are looking to hire a part-time legal assistant/paralegal for civil litigation law firm (between 20-30 hours per week) that requires:

At least two years of experience working as legal secretary/paralegal in a law firm
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines
Keep attorney's calendar and track deadlines and due dates
Ability to type 65 wpm
High attention to detail
Team player, but also able to work independently
Excellent organization skills
Answer multiple phone lines
Knowledge of Florida's E-Portal filing system is a plus!
