  • $24 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Bilingual Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Civil litigation support Administrative experience Clerical experience Office experience Full Job Description Small Real Estate and general practice law firm located in Pasco County (Wesley Chapel/Lutz) seeking a highly motivated, detailed oriented individual to service our clients and assist our attorneys.
Duties include:
drafting basic pleadings, filing pleadings in portal, maintain calendar, schedule hearings and consultations, administrative duties, interfacing with clients, opposing counsel, judges and other professionals.
Qualifications:
  • minimum of two years office experience, AA and/or BS/BA is preferred. Legal background is a plus.
  • must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; experience in MyCase is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • excellent communication/organizational skills
  • familiarity with Florida Courts E-Portal We offer competitive salary and benefits.
