Legal Assistant -
Property & Casualty Litigation Location:
Onsite - Orlando, FL We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience in property and casualty litigation to join a fast-paced legal team in Orlando, FL . This is a full-time, onsite role supporting attorneys handling homeowner insurance claims and personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case preparation, scheduling, and document management Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents Organize and maintain case files and legal databases Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court appearances Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Ensure timely and accurate filings and deadline management
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property and casualty litigation support Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
