Opportunity:
A well-established legal team is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys specializing in commercial real estate transactions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to deepen their real estate expertise, with potential exposure to intellectual property (IP) work for candidates interested in expanding their skill set. You'll primarily support attorneys based in Melbourne and Vero Beach, working closely with a collaborative and experienced legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with commercial real estate transactions from start to finish Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, leases, and closing documents Conduct title and survey review, due diligence, and file management Coordinate closings and communicate with clients, lenders, and third parties Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met Provide general administrative and legal support to attorneys
Additional Growth Opportunity:
Exposure to intellectual property matters for candidates who demonstrate strong aptitude and interest
Qualifications:
Prior paralegal experience, preferably in commercial real estate Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Interest in learning new practice areas (IP experience is a plus, but not required)
Work Environment:
