Assist with legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, motions, memos, and correspondence with precision and clarity Organize and manage case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw for efficient retrieval and storage Conduct document review and data entry to ensure accuracy in case management systems Calendar all relevant dates Support attorneys with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information for cases involving family law. Assist in preparing for litigation by compiling exhibits, organize materials, and managing deadlines Proven family law paralegal experience with a strong understanding of family legal procedures. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Proficiency in legal research platforms including Westlaw and LexisNexis Experience with legal case management software like PCLaw is highly desirable Strong writing skills with attention to detail in drafting and proofreading legal documents Excellent interviewing skills combined with professional phone etiquette Knowledge of document review processes and legal administrative experience in a law office setting Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information Clerical experience including filing, transcription, proofreading, and general administrative support Scheduling hearings, mediations, and the like Join our team as a Paralegal if you're passionate about supporting legal excellence.
