Job Description

Workers' Compensation Defense Legal Assistant/Paralegal -
Miami Lakes:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: transcription, scheduling, drafting pleadings, prepare/maintain trial binders and mediation folders, opening and closing files and fax/scan/import incoming/outgoing mail.
Skills required:
At least one year of workers' compensation defense experience required, excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook. Experience with Total Office and/or Juris is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits.
