The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have experience working with a variety of immigration forms and case types. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple cases, and a commitment to providing excellent client service. Responsibilities Prepare and assist with immigration applications and petitions, including but not limited to Forms
I-485, I-589, I-765, I-130, I-601, I-601A
, and other USCIS filings Assist clients in completing forms and gathering the necessary supporting documentation for their cases Monitor and follow up on pending cases with USCIS or EOIR and other immigration agencies Maintain regular communication with clients by providing case updates and answering questions Coordinate and organize documentation for immigration processes such as residency applications, petitions, waivers, asylums, and work permits Efficiently manage an assigned caseload while ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain organized case files and documentation Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal team Manage and monitor assigned client cases. Communicate with clients and provide case updates. Gather and organize required documents. Maintain accurate case records and notes. Track deadlines and follow up on pending items. Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Prior experience handling USCIS immigration forms Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and client service skills Experience with immigration case management systems is a plus
