Italian knowledge is appreciated. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in managing immigration cases, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in legal case management software, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Duties Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents. Conduct thorough document review and manage case files to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized case management systems, including tracking deadlines and managing documentation. Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure timely completion of cases. Keep abreast of changes in immigration law and policies to provide informed support to attorneys. Requirements Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in a legal setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proficiency in legal case management software, including PCLaw or similar systems. Experience with document management systems for efficient file organization. Excellent attention to detail for thorough document review and compliance checks. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
