Job Description Job Description Experienced Paralegal for Personal Injury Practice Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal with significant experience in Personal Injury law to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys and staff, providing essential support throughout the lifecycle of Personal Injury cases—from initial intake through filing. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paralegal looking to contribute to a client-focused, fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review Personal Injury claims, schedules, pip logs, statements, and related filings Maintain and manage case files, deadlines, and communication logs Communicate with clients regularly regarding case progress, document needs, and court communications Draft and prepare discovery, motions, and legal notices. Liaise with court staff, attorneys, mediators, providers Support attorneys in preparing for hearings and court appearances Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal Personal Injury rules and procedures Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury paralegal, with direct experience handling prelitigation matters up to and including filing of complaints. Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities under deadlines Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. \nCompany Description Busy law firm experiencing growth, year over year.
