This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with leases and real estate documents, and is comfortable coordinating with multiple departments. About the Role The Real Estate Administrator will play a key role in supporting our Real Estate Department by managing lease data, recording new store transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in commercial real estate. Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence. Organize and maintain property files, contracts, and lease documents. Enter and maintain lease data in Tango lease-management software, including new leases, expiration dates, and renewal timelines. Prepare lease and real estate reports as needed. Coordinate prospective locations reports, communicate new site details to field leadership, and track approval processes. Provide key lease information to Accounting, Finance, Construction, and Merchandising after new deals are approved. File insurance claims, gather required documentation, and track reimbursements. Prepare renewal financial comparisons. Support weekly Real Estate Update meetings and prepare materials. Assist in preparing reports and materials for monthly Board of Directors meetings. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate. Experience with Tango lease-management software required. Strong understanding of retail lease terms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
