Monday through Friday Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of hands-on personal injury litigation experience . The successful candidate must understand the complete lifecycle of a personal injury case—from client intake and pre-suit investigation through litigation and settlement—and be capable of independently managing an active caseload. Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel Obtain, review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills Prepare comprehensive settlement demand packages Draft legal documents, including: Letters and professional correspondence Pleadings and motions Discovery requests and responses Notices and other court filings Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and litigation-related deadlines Maintain organized and accurate electronic case files Monitor statutes of limitation, court deadlines, and discovery deadlines Assist attorneys with case preparation and other litigation matters as needed Required Qualifications At least five years of personal injury litigation experience Strong legal writing, proofreading, and document-drafting skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple cases Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records Experience preparing personal injury settlement demands Working knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and court filing requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication and client-service skills Benefits Health insurance available Paid time off Application Instructions Applicants who meet the required experience criteria should submit a resume and professional references .
