North Miami Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $18 - $25 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Closing coordination Spanish Title processing English Russian Attention to detail Full Job Description Mila Lopata, P.A. is a solo practitioner real estate law firm that concentrates on real estate closings and other real estate matters. We are looking for a Title Processor/Closer. The ideal candidate is someone with prior title experience, an eye for details, can multitask in a busy environment and has excellent organizational, and communication skills. A candidate will be considered if he/she has a willingness to learn, has a positive attitude, has prior title experience, is reliable, detail-oriented and is able to work independently.
Tasks include the followings:
Order title searches, surveys, lien search and estoppels Clear title requirements for closing Draft closing documents under attorney's supervision Prepare closing statements including CD's, HUD-1 and ALTA settlement statements Coordinate closing with buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders, and realtors Obtain funding authorization from lender Generate final title policies Send documents for recording using an online platform Be able to handle a high volume of calls and emails Handle all post-closing matters, such as sending out checks, original documents, title policies, etc Essentially do an entire closing from the beginning to the end
