Strong customer service skills Proficient at all Microsoft platforms Highly motivated and energetic attitude Able to participate in administrative duties MUST speak and write Haitian-Creole Able to speak and reply to emails in French (preferred, not required)

year of office experience (preferably in a law firm or similar institution) Immigration experience is preferred Employee is expected to work in person at our North Miami Office from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Assist the attorney with legal document and case management Prepare legal forms, letters, and other documents Provide customer service via phone and email in English, French, and Haitian Creole Organize and maintain filing systems and document management systems Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and project management
