Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Requesting all Pre-litigation documents: police reports, medical records, and bills, insurance information, etc. Regular and timely communication with clients, insurance companies, other law firms, and medical providers. Able to answer phone calls and schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, etc. Able to proficiently organize case files and properly file cases in alphabetical order. Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented. Able to work at a fast pace with a heavy case volume. Prepare demands and closing statements. Working knowledge on how to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Able to problem solve when the situation calls for it. Commitment to providing smart, friendly, quality service to our clients.
