Connect with us on Socials to learn about our culture: Linkedin Instagram Position Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Litigation Legal Assistant to join our growing team in our Downtown Orlando office. This role plays a key part in litigation support, case preparation, and ongoing communication throughout the life of a case. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting attorneys and paralegals in a structured, deadline-driven legal environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone who values accuracy, follow-through, and being a reliable part of a close-knit legal team. Key Responsibilities Litigation & Case Support Support attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day litigation tasks and case development Assist with preparing case files for mediation and trial, ensuring materials are complete and organized Conduct investigations and locate case-relevant information, including documentary and statistical research Communication & Coordination (Bilingual) Communicate with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and other external parties in both English and Spanish Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism, empathy, and discretion Maintain accurate contact lists and support consistent communication across cases Records & Administrative Support Request and track medical records and billing documentation for litigation matters Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals Maintain well-organized, up-to-date case files and documentation Required Qualifications Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required) Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and contacts in both languages. Minimum 1 year experience working in a law firm (litigation or personal injury preferred) Hands-on experience supporting attorneys or paralegals in active cases Comfortable managing deadlines, documentation, and ongoing case activity phone presence and etiquette Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence Easily builds rapport, demonstrates empathy, and navigates sensitive or complex social situations with tact and discretion. Comfort with technology and learning new systems Confident using computers daily and open to learning new tools, software, and workflows.
Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:
$ 50,000-$65,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
