Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal - Car Accident, Negligent Security, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice Assisting Attorney in all aspects of litigation process Responsible for scheduling hearings, depositions and mediations Responsible for maintaining trial calendar/mediation calendar and ensuring court deadlines are met Responsible for drafting and revising closing statements Responsible for working with attorney and clients on drafting discovery responses Responsible for drafting pleadings Responsible for typing dictations Responsible for obtaining medical records, bills, ledgers and lien information Salary will be based on experience.

Requirements:

Must be reliable and punctual Must be organized and self-motivated with high attention to detail Must be able to communicate efficiently Must be proficient in computer based technology Spanish a plus but not required MUST submit a cover letter and a resume (writing samples a plus)
