We handle small cases, big cases, and in-between cases and have the flexibility to adjust our services to mee our clients' needs. We are searching for a entry level paralegal to add to our team. INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLY

- Candidates MUST e-mail a cover letter, resume and salary requirements through this site. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience in U.S. immigration law. Strong understanding of immigration case procedures and documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Strong legal research and analytical skills. Professional and effective client communication. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a team. Proficiency with computers and legal case-management software. Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with the preparation and management of immigration cases. Prepare and organize forms, supporting documentation, exhibits, and filing packages. Assist with asylum, removal defense, humanitarian, family-based, and other immigration matters. Review case documents for completeness and consistency. Conduct client interviews and gather information and supporting evidence. Prepare case summaries, timelines, declarations, and other supporting materials. Research immigration-related issues and country conditions as directed by attorneys. Track case deadlines, appointments, notices, and filing requirements. Communicate with clients regarding case documentation and outstanding items. Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files. Monitor case progress and follow up on pending matters. Work closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure cases move forward efficiently. The selected candidate must work on-site at our downtown Orlando office at least three days per week after the initial 90-day period. During the first 90 days of employment, working on-site five days per week is mandatory to facilitate training, integration, and evaluation.
