This is a full-time position based in Orlando near downtown. Candidates must have strong experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury law or insurance claims/adjusting. Key Responsibilities:

Manage pre-suit personal injury cases from intake through settlement Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies Draft correspondence, demands, and case documentation Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines Collaborate with attorneys and team members to move cases efficiently

Required Skills & Experience:

Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) Minimum 2+ years of Personal Injury experience (Plaintiff-side preferred) Minimum 3+ years as a Paralegal, Case Manager, or Legal Professional Strong understanding of Personal Injury processes is highly preferred Experience Negotiating Settlements is highly preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
