In this full-time, in‐person role, you'll independently manage key aspects of estate and trust administration; from court filings to asset transfers to meaningful client communication. • Supporting clients through the probate process and reviewing financial documentation with care and clarityDocument Preparation
• Drafting, organizing, and managing legal documents for attorney reviewAsset Management
• Assisting with the collection, valuation, and liquidation of estate assetsCreditors' Claims
• Reviewing, tracking, and managing claims filed against the estateTax Filings
