Job Description

Paralegal Real Estate Development & Healthcare/Insurance Sunrise, FL | In-Office Reports to:
General Counsel Salary:
$70-$100k We're seeking a highly organized, deadline driven Paralegal to support an in house legal team across Florida real estate development projects and a private equity platform with healthcare, insurance, nursing home and medical facility operations. This role is hands on and operational owning checklists, managing documents, coordinating closings, and supporting corporate, contract, compliance, and employment law processes under attorney supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage real estate transactions from diligence through closing and post closing acquisitions, dispositions, leases, financing Coordinate title, survey, zoning, environmental, and lender deliverables Maintain closing checklists, deal trackers, signature workflows, and closing binders Support construction phase legal administration Notice of Commencement, lien releases, COIs, contracts Maintain corporate governance records, entity filings, and board materials Support portfolio company contracting, compliance documentation, and audit readiness Assist with M&A diligence and special projects Support employment-law administration: offer letters, onboarding, investigations, performance documentation, and separations under counsel direction
Qualifications Required:
3+ years paralegal experience real estate, corporate, or contracts Strong organization, deadline management, and attention to detail Experience managing multiple transactions and document workflows Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel trackers, and esignature platforms
Preferred:
Commercial real estate and construction phase experience Healthcare or insurance regulatory environment exposure Florida Registered Paralegal and/or
