This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performing immigration practice where precision, ownership, and client service are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and compile petitions including

H-1B, PERM

applications, and supporting legal memoranda Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure timely and accurate submissions Monitor case progress and maintain organized records

Qualifications:

Associate's degree required Minimum of two (2) years of relevant immigration experience Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills Experience handling high-volume caseloads in an immigration setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Ability to stay current with evolving immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes
