Litigation Legal Assistant - Tampa LHH US Tampa, FL Job Details $45,000 - $68,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Legal administrative experience Full Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established litigation team looking to add a highly organized and motivated Legal Assistant to their defense practice. This is a great opportunity to play a key role within a collaborative, fast-moving environment while working closely with experienced attorneys. Key Responsibilities Prepare, format, and manage legal documents and correspondence Coordinate filings in state and federal courts Maintain case files and track deadlines to ensure timely progression of matters Assist with scheduling, client communication, and general case support Provide administrative and litigation support across multiple attorneys Qualifications 3+ years of legal assistant experience within a civil or commercial litigation practice Familiarity with federal and Florida court rules is strongly preferred Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems Experience with billing or accounting systems is a plus Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt Benefits Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k)
