Litigation Paralegal

We're recruiting for a Litigation Paralega l to support a busy litigation team in West Palm Beach. This role is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. What You'll Do Support attorneys with case management, court filings, document preparation, and litigation deadlines Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize legal documents, pleadings, and filings Assist with deposition, mediation, arbitration, hearing, and trial preparation Manage and organize discovery materials using eDiscovery tools Monitor case activity and proactively flag upcoming deadlines or required actions File documents electronically with state and federal courts Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and internal team members Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality What You'll Bring Hands-on litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal environment Experience with eDiscovery software, including Relativity and Trial Director Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal document formatting Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent writing, proofreading, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work with urgency, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal training or related legal education preferred This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal who enjoys being a key part of a collaborative legal team.
