Job Description

Overview Our personal injury firm has grown tremendously over the past 5 years and we now have 5 attorneys and an amazing support staff. We are located in Buckhead in a stand alone building that was completely remodeled 2 years ago with private parking. We take great pride in our employees and believe in advancement and team rewards. We have a great group of people and a very experienced leadership team. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will support litigation cases across various practice areas including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and some trucking cases. Your expertise will help streamline case workflows, ensure meticulous document management, and facilitate effective communication between clients, attorneys, and external partners. Applicant must have at least 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Duties Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, trial support, and post-trial activities Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests with precision and clarity Manage case files using our case management software Coordinate depositions, interviews, and client meetings; handle scheduling and logistical arrangements efficiently Review and analyze documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality Maintain accurate records of case activities, deadlines, filings, and correspondence in compliance with procedural law requirements Requirements Proven paralegal experience supporting litigation matters in personal injury law Strong knowledge of procedural law and familiarity with court filing procedures across jurisdictions Trial experience is a plus as well as bilingual Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, interviews, and internal collaboration; professional phone etiquette required We look forward to receiving your application and speaking with you more in depth about this opportunity. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
