We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with at least 2 years of litigation experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, enjoys managing complex cases, and is eager to grow professionally within a collaborative law firm setting. The ideal candidate will be capable of assisting attorneys with serious catastrophic injury litigation while also independently managing smaller personal injury matters from pre-suit through litigation. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence Assist with written discovery, document collection, and document production Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Review and summarize medical records and billing records Communicate with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel Manage deadlines and maintain accurate case calendars Assist with settlement packages and demand preparation Utilize case management software and document management systems efficiently Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience required Prior personal injury or medical malpractice experience preferred Trial preparation experience preferred Experience assisting with discovery and litigation document management Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize assignments effectively Experience with Microsoft Office, Filevine, and case management software preferred Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Our Work Environment Includes Modern office setting Business to business-casual work attire Growth opportunities On-the-job training Professional development support Collaborative team environment Safe and supportive workplace
